Business models are not (only) about money. They are not complex financial formulas or overwhelming strategic theories. At the core of all business models there is a very simple thing: value. A business model is how you create, deliver and capture value. If an organisation has a viable and sustainable way of doing this, it has a successful business model. The workshop is an introduction to business models with a strong focus on value creation. Both theoretical and practical content will be provided so participants can bring actionable knowledge back to their organisations and make change happen.
Who is it for?
This workshop is for the ‘crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes, the ones who see things differently. For those who are not fond of rules, and have no respect for the status quo’: top, middle and low-level managers with little experience in innovation but willing to make a difference in their organisations.
What are the aims?
Participants will understand better what a business model is and the importance of value creation, be introduced to and practice with several useful tools for business model innovation and learn how to start up a business model innovation process in their organisations.
